The 5th position is 8fit. This application is one of our summer favorites because it combines workout and good nutrition.

The only hitch is that you have to pay to have access to all the apps.
4) POCKET YOGA : PRACTICE YOGA EVERYWHERE
You want to find balance in your body and have more energy to invest in your daily life? Pocket Yoga is the applications that you need. This app allows you to follow guided yoga exercises and movements explained as videos. This app is really useful, clear and ideal to start yoga.
The only problem for french speakers : the app is only in English for now.
