In Trium, there is the number three, symbolizing the company's pillars: leasing, office and passion.
In order to represent the concept of trinity, three abstract forms that can represent corporate buildings are inserted into the logo. The main blue is also available in three distinct colors. Finally, to represent the business’ stability and modernity, a sans-serif typeface seems like the appropriate choice.

Trium Immobilier’s new website had to offer its associates, Martin Valley and Pierre Therrien, a showcase for their existing and potential customers. Through a sleek and stylish design that integrates the new branding, the home page provides an overview of the services offered by the company, available rental spaces, as well as company news.
To quickly find the right building, the "Propriétés" search filter refines results. Each space for rent has an individual spec page that provides multiple photos and other relevant data to the prospective tenant.
