JFL42 Adds a New Level of Fun: ComedyCon!

Are you a hard-core comedy fan and you’re dying to see your favourite artist in an intimate venue? With In Conversations, Q&A’s, Live Podcasts and more, JFL42 created a special pass just for you: The ComedyCon Pass!

For this year’s update, MultipleMedia created a whole new digital concept around this pass. Since die-hard fans deserve special treatment, ComedyCon events can only be accessed with specific passes.

VIP content for VIP passes

To make that possible online, some changes had to be made to profile management. Through the login, jfl42.com detects which pass each user holds. Personalized content is then presented to users depending on their level of access.

Comedy fans now enjoy a personalized, crystal clear user experience. How awesome is that?!

Double the pass, double the fun!

To fit the Festival’s evolving needs, MultipleMedia has brought user experience to a new level while getting by Ticketmaster’s restrictions. Users holding multiple passes are now warned to complete their ticket transfer from one pass to another.

JFL42, what a great way to share a laugh in Toronto! Get ready for 10 days of non-stop comedy from September 22 – October 1, 2016.
