MultipleMedia: digital creativity benefitting insurance

 

 

The digital world has transformed the way insurers engage and interact with consumers. In 2015, MultipleMedia together with BrokerLink worked to evolve BrokerLink’s digital strategy through various projects with the goal of consolidating the web presence of www.mcti.ca, Macdonald Chisholm Trask Insurance, a full-service insurance brokerage located in Atlantic Canada and owned by BrokerLink.

To enhance the online experience for MCT customers, MultipleMedia developed an innovative online insurance quoting tool. This fully responsive application, allows customers to receive an accurate and competitive insurance quote in less than five minutes. In 2011, MultipleMedia had created the same application for the BrokerLink website which has been used extensively to date.

450x400-applicationThe Montreal agency has also conducted extensive reconstruction of MCT’s website. In order to unify the brand image of MCT with BrokerLink, MultipleMedia utilized the brand elements and information architecture of brokerlink.ca, then adapted the different features and applications to be specific to MCT. The final product featured a new layout, colour scheme and responsive design.
