MultipleMedia and the Novatech Group, now partners!

To strengthen its relationship with its customers, the Novatech Group has given itself the objective to modernize its Customer Centre this year.

The current platform, which is more than 7 years old, allows clients (assembly operators) to consult the various price lists according to their region and to order marketing materials. This year, the customer space will be completely redesigned to make it easier to use and to offer advanced features to different types of users (retailers, assembly operators, architects/designers, and administrators). The new optimized space will also reduce the administrative effort for the Novatech Group. To maximize performance, it will be developed on Magento 2, the latest version of the e-commerce platform.

The Novatech Group also entrusts MultipleMedia with the hosting of its various platforms and to ensure their maintenance throughout the year.

The entire MultipleMedia team is already looking forward to unveiling the new project.
