A new online insurance quote application that's fully responsive has been developed for Macdonald Chisholm Trask Insurance, the Atlantic Provinces’ division of Brokerlink, a company for which MultipleMedia had already created a similar tool. With its own specifications, MCT sought a user-friendly application to maintain the end-user’s interest until the end of the quote, allowing them to reach out for support in different ways (phone, chat or call-back). Complying with the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, the application offers a quote price as accurate as possible and an attractive offer for its customers, while optimizing conversion rates.
